Job Summary
Lead daily front office operations, manage revenue cycle workflows, and execute strategies to enhance performance across all people, processes, and profitability. Serve as the key liaison between the practice and support center to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive practice success. Hire, train, and coach all employees while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Drive initiatives that enhance the patient journey, monitor feedback to improve satisfaction and retention, and lead local marketing initiatives to grow patient access. Take full accountability for front desk operations, including scheduling, insurance verification, billing accuracy, and collections, while auditing workflows for compliance and reconciling daily financial reports. Manage the practice budget by monitoring expenses and collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to achieve financial targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or a similar leadership role with a demonstrated track record of driving growth for 2+ years
- Ability to work 5 days every week
- 1+ years' experience owning the profit and loss statement
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in providing effective leadership by inspiring and motivating teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing the full revenue cycle, including insurance claims, collections, and patient billing
