Job Summary

Lead dental office operations by managing team leadership, coaching, and training while overseeing Profit & Loss (P&L) management, staff scheduling, time and attendance, payroll, and accounts payable. Direct insurance claims processing, patient satisfaction initiatives, and internal/external marketing efforts. Enforce company policies, manage dental licenses, and maintain safety procedures aligned with OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines. Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to drive practice efficiencies and growth within the Star Dental Partners network. Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and 3+ years of office management experience. Full-time role with quarterly performance bonuses, 401K, and comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Proficient in dental performance management software
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)
  • Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting), AR, revenue cycle
  • Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws
  • Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule approximately 40 hours per week
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
