Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, team performance, and financial metrics to ensure the practice runs smoothly and meets production and collection goals. Monitor key performance indicators, manage billing and insurance processes, and maintain a safe, compliant office environment. Lead the dental team through recruitment, scheduling, and performance coaching while fostering a collaborative culture. Resolve patient concerns and drive growth in general dentistry and specialty services. Work closely with doctors to expand services and improve workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of dental office management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance, billing, and collections
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and achieving financial goals
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong patient and employee relationships
- Comfortable taking ownership of the overall performance of a dental practice
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with doctors and leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Open Dental Software is a plus
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
