Job Summary
Lead office operations to support clinical teams, ensuring superior patient service and building trust through compassionate care. Manage and retain office staff, consult on treatment options, and verify insurance payments to ensure high-quality care. Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align sales plans to increase profitability. Prepare and lead daily huddles to level set expectations and optimize patient experience. Participate in an extensive ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge. Full-time role with salary of $58,000–$60,000 plus incentives, offering a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports
