Job Summary
Lead the dental office operations for an Aspen Dental practice, driving high-quality patient service and profitability. Oversee staff hiring, development, and retention; coordinate with the clinical team on treatment options and insurance verification; review monthly results and align sales plans to business goals; prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and performance. Participate in a ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge, ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and dental board standards while fostering a collaborative, growth-focused office culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients and staff
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
- Ability to review monthly business results and manage profit and loss
- Ability to lead daily team huddles and coordinate operations
