Job Summary
Lead office operations in support of the clinical team to create lasting patient impressions and build trust. Provide superior patient service with compassion, hire and manage office staff, and consult on treatment options while verifying insurance payments. Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align sales plans to increase profitability. Prepare daily huddles to level set expectations and optimize patient experience. Participate in a ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge. Full-time role with salary of $55,000–$65,000 plus incentives; benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports
