Dental Lab Technician

Job Summary
Read and follow directions on prescriptions, producing esthetics that customers expect while adhering to daily schedules and production goals. Operate and maintain dental laboratory tools and equipment including trimmers, lathes, saws, articulators, and cleaning devices. Apply high attention to detail and exceptional quality standards to all tasks, utilizing magnification goggles for extended periods as needed. This role supports MicroDental Laboratories' focus on cosmetic, implant, and digital design for fixed prosthodontics across over 25 North American locations. Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience may be eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus after 120 days of continuous employment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental lab technician
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities
- Ability to pass our standard employee background check
