Job Summary
Dental Lab Technician 2 position at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers focusing on fabricating implant-based prosthetics including All-on-Four restorations. Responsibilities include receiving and processing work orders, manufacturing and fitting implant-prosthetic components, performing repairs/adjustments on dentures and All-on-Four restorations, maintaining lab facilities/equipment, monitoring supplies, and mentoring junior staff. Requirements include minimum 2 years of hands-on dental lab experience, expertise in implant-based restorations, knowledge of full-arch hybrids and dentures, strong understanding of dental anatomy and esthetics, and preferred CDT certification or accredited program. The role involves collaboration with prosthodontists and dental teams, use of dental lab software, and adherence to professional communication standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical experience in a dental laboratory setting
- Strong experience with implant-based restorative techniques
- Expertise in full-arch hybrid restorations, complete dentures, and overdentures
- Solid understanding of dental anatomy, science, and esthetics
- Digital design experience highly preferred
- Certification (CDT) or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program preferred (not required)
- Strong collaborator with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to operate standard computer and office applications, and dental laboratory–specific software
- Ability to mentor other technicians and auxiliary staff
