Dental Lab Technician - 1st Shift

Job Summary
Build and/or repair dental appliances and construct prostheses by following the dentist’s prescription. Work with CAD/CAM technology and 3‐D printing; operate equipment such as hand pieces, casting machines, and burnout ovens. Adhere to SOPs and dental prescriptions, maintain time-management and organization, ensure timely manufacturing of cases, and collaborate with other dental lab technicians to troubleshoot problems. Entry-level role with training provided; emphasize manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow into leadership opportunities within Oral Arts Dental Laboratory. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in artistry, CAD/CAM, production, construction, or any other position requiring manual dexterity (hairdresser, mechanic, jeweler, sewer, carpenter, etc.)
- Must be able to read and write
- Willing to train without prior dental experience
