Job Summary
Oversee the removable department including dentures and partials, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards and efficient workflows. Lead and mentor technicians, implement and monitor digital workflows where applicable, train staff, resolve technical issues with clinicians and internal teams, and maintain equipment and lab cleanliness to support high-quality prosthetics production.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on removable prosthetics experience, including full and partial dentures
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a dental laboratory setting
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital removable processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the team
