Job Summary
This role involves CAD CAM manufacturing of dental products using 3Shape and digital workflows. Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions and specifications, entering patient data into Dental Manager to create 3D digital models from intraoral scans, following SOPs to scan and verify data, designing digital models, nesting/milling/printing zirconia and resin materials, post-processing, sintering zirconia, maintaining quality standards, performing routine PMs, and participating in training. Requirements emphasize English literacy, organization, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, and adherence to safety (PPE) procedures. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Read and review all paperwork on each case
- Enter patient information into Dental Manager to create 3D virtual model and digital file
- Enter digital IOS patient information to create digital files
- Scan model work into 3Shape System following standard operating procedures
- Verify the scan is correct and materials have been entered in correctly
- Design digital models
- Nest/Mill/Print zirconia and printable resin materials
- Post-process 3D printed materials
- Post-milling sinter zirconia
- Review final work and check completely that all quality standards have been met
- Perform/Document routine scheduled Preventative Maintenance of equipment
- Able to meet production levels and deadlines
- Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used: PPE as per safety plan
