Job Summary
Provide oral hygiene services including thorough prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, and restorative applications, while administering local anesthetics where permitted. Accurately chart patient dental history, periodontal health, and treatment records, ensuring all documentation remains secure and compliant with HIPAA regulations. Partner with dentists and support staff to deliver comprehensive care, educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, and counsel on nutrition's impact on oral health. You work with front office staff to maximize appointment time and build a robust recall program. This role offers a $2500K sign-on bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package with continuing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program
- valid state license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff
