Dental Hygienist

Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants. Accurately chart patient dental history, update periodontal health records, and handle patient records securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Administer local anesthetics as allowed by the dental practice act and provide assistance as directed by the dentist. This role supports a collaborative workflow where a dedicated hygiene assistant handles x-rays, room turnover, instrument processing, and polishing, allowing you to focus on assessment, diagnosis, and patient education within standard one-hour appointments. Competitive hourly base rate with 30% of net production and no cap on earnings.
