Job Summary
Provide outstanding patient care and perform dental hygiene procedures, including patient screening, medical history documentation, and preventative maintenance. Utilize diagnostic tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and electronic medical record systems to support clinical needs. Work flexible Tuesday through Friday shifts with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and access to a mentor program for skill development. Complete required TB testing and attend virtual training sessions as part of the pre-employment process.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Oklahoma
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry
- Excellent working knowledge of dental hygiene procedures
- Excellent working knowledge of dental patient screening
- Excellent working knowledge of medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- Tuberculosis (TB) test
