Job Summary
Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision while delivering compassionate care. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and medical history, and guide them through the full treatment process. Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed, assist with dental and periodontal charting, and offer same-day care whenever possible. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. This role supports Benevis' mission to provide accessible, quality dental care to over 2,000 team members nationwide, with a patient base that is approximately 70% children.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
