Job Summary
Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision while delivering compassionate care to every patient. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and medical history, and guide them through the full treatment process. Offer same-day care whenever possible and assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. This role includes bi-weekly uncapped production bonuses and company-paid certification training in CPR, radiology, and nitrous oxide. Benevis serves over 2,000 team members nationwide, with children comprising approximately 70% of the patient base.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
