Job Summary
Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient by performing scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision. Offer same-day care whenever possible, educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, and assess dental conditions while reviewing medical histories. Guide patients through the full treatment process and assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed. Follow all government regulations and company standards while taking and filing x-rays in patient charts. This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, bi-weekly uncapped production pay, and company-paid certification training for CPR, radiology, and nitrous oxide. Benevis serves over 2,000 team members nationwide, with children comprising about 70% of the patient base.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
