Job Summary
Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under general dentist supervision while delivering compassionate care. Assess dental conditions, review medical histories, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Offer same-day care whenever possible and assist with periodontal charting as needed. Follow all government regulations and company standards. Requires current state Dental Hygienist license, CPR/BLS certification, and hands-on skills assessment. Located in Louisville, KY, with bi-weekly uncapped production bonuses and continuing education support. Required Qualifications
