Job Summary
Deliver exceptional lifetime care to patients as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate within a robust Hygiene mentor program. Provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health while utilizing clinical tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and electronic medical record systems. Maintain medical history documentation and participate in virtual or in-person training sessions. This full-time role includes Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri schedules at a new practice in Georgetown, TX. A current Texas dental hygienist license, Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and CPR certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in TX
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry
- Dental hygiene procedures
- Dental patient screening
- Medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- Tuberculosis (TB) test
