Job Summary
Dental Hygienist needed in a 2-doctor Heartland Dental-supported office (Town Center Dental Care) to provide preventative care and patient education for the St. Michael, MN community, with a focus on thorough 60-minute recare and 90-minute new patient appointments. You’ll join a collaborative team with strong hygiene mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities, access to advanced technology (AI, ITero, Laser), and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality dental hygiene care, maintaining patient records and medical histories, using tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners and digital x-rays, and upholding CPR and safety standards. Flexible scheduling available (full or part-time) with a supportive environment and TB testing as part of pre-employment. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy within a large supported practice network and opportunities for growth within Heartland Dental’s network.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in MN
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
- CPR Certification
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
