Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care in a modern, studio setting with an Assisted Hygiene model. Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant, work with dentists on hygiene exams and treatment planning, drive hygiene production, and engage in ongoing professional development. Responsibilities include prophylaxis, SRP, gingivitis scaling, oral cancer screenings, whitening, sealants, fluoride, and patient education; utilize Itero scans and technology-enabled care; maintain efficient patient flow and documentation; participate in a team-driven clinical environment and CE opportunities. Requirements include a degree in dental hygiene, active hygiene license, anesthesia/nitrous license where applicable, CPR/BLS, proficiency with digital charting/x-rays/intraoral cameras, and willingness to work full-time, part-time, or PRN. Competitive hourly rate with production-based monthly bonus; base pay range $52–$58/hour with bonuses potential; benefits include malpractice insurance, health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current, active hygiene license in the state you’re applying for
- Current Anesthesia/Nitrous license in applicable state
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Comfort with digital charting and x-rays, intraoral cameras, and technology-driven care
- Open to full-time (32–40 hours/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), part-time (2–3 days/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), or PRN (work when you want!)
