Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, oral cancer screenings, and digital imaging in a modern studio. Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to optimize schedules, manage sterilization, and support patient documentation while partnering with dentists to recommend treatment plans. Proactively drive hygiene production by maximizing chair time and supporting same-day treatment opportunities within the Team (Assisted) Hygiene model. Maintain strong patient relationships through clear communication and personalized education while engaging in ongoing professional development via CE opportunities and internal forums. Full-time roles include 32–40 hours/week with AM/PM and Saturday shifts; top earners make $78/hr with production bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current, active hygiene license in the state you're applying for
- Current Anesthesia/ Nitrous license in applicable state
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Comfort with digital charting and x-rays, intraoral cameras, and technology-driven care
- Open to full-time (32–40 hours/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), part-time (2–3 days/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), or PRN (work when you want!)
