Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist needed to deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care in a modern Tend studio with an Assisted Hygiene model. You’ll work with a dedicated dental assistant to optimize patient flow, participate in hygiene exams with dentists, drive hygiene production, and engage in ongoing professional development. Responsibilities include prophylaxis, SRP, gingivitis scaling, oral cancer screenings, Itero scans, sealants, Zoom whitening, Perio Protect, Curodont, fluoride treatments, and patient education, all in alignment with evidence-based guidelines. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient care, maintain patient relationships through clear communication, and support same-day treatment opportunities. Requirements include degree from an accredited dental hygiene program, active hygiene license, applicable anesthesia/nitrous license, CPR/BLS, and comfort with digital charting and radiography. Open to full-time (32–40 hours/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), part-time, or PRN. Base pay range is $52–$58 per hour with a monthly production bonus; earnings shown as hourly equivalent in the base pay range.
