Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, oral cancer screenings, and patient education aligned with evidence-based guidelines. Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to optimize schedules, manage sterilization, and support documentation while partnering with dentists to recommend treatment plans. Proactively drive production by maximizing chair time and supporting same-day treatment opportunities within our Assisted Hygiene model. Maintain strong patient relationships through clear communication and trust-building. This role requires an active license, current anesthesia/CPR certification, and comfort with digital charting and imaging technology. Open to full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including AM/PM and Saturday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current, active hygiene license in the state you're applying for
- Current Anesthesia/ Nitrous license in applicable state
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Comfort with digital charting and x-rays, intraoral cameras, and technology-driven care
- Open to full-time (32–40 hours/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), part-time (2–3 days/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), or PRN (work when you want!)
