Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care in Tend’s Team (Assisted) Hygiene model, including prophylaxis, SRP, gingivitis scaling, oral cancer screenings, Zoom whitening, Sealants, fluoride treatments, Itero scanning, and patient education. Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant and dentists to optimize patient flow, documentation, and treatment planning; drive hygiene production by maximizing chair time and pursuing same-day preventive opportunities. Participate in ongoing professional development and CE opportunities; maintain strong patient relationships and contribute to a collaborative studio team. Open to full-time (32–40 hours/week with AM/PM and Saturdays), part-time, or PRN scheduling; base pay ranges from $52–$58 per hour with monthly performance bonuses, reflecting hourly earnings and variability by market and schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current, active hygiene license in the state you’re applying for
- Current Anesthesia/Nitrous license in applicable state
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Comfort with digital charting and x-rays, intraoral cameras, and technology-driven care
