Job Summary
Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision while delivering quality, compassionate care to every patient. Assess dental condition and needs, review patients' medical history, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Guide patients through the full treatment process and assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed. Take and file x-rays in patient charts while following all government regulations and company standards. Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
