Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive preventive care, including periodontal therapy, patient education, and digital imaging procedures, while maintaining electronic dental records. Provide top-of-license clinical services to patients in a supportive, collaborative team environment focused on building lasting relationships. This full-time role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with a 4-day work week at Sunridge Dental Care in Happy Valley, OR. New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply, with access to mentorship, continuing education, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current Oregon Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- CPR Certification
- Passion for patient care and building lasting patient relationships
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, periodontal therapy, patient education, and preventive care
- Experience with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, digital scanners, Velscope, Diagnodent, and electronic dental records
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
- Desire to provide comprehensive patient care while practicing at the top of your license
