Job Summary
Dental Hygienist needed for Lansdowne and Culpeper Virginia practices to assist dentists, perform dental prophylaxis, take and review patient medical history, use x-ray machines, maintain equipment, and promote preventive dental care. Responsibilities include cleaning teeth, recording dental decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment, applying fluorides, noting periodontal status, and maintaining a dental hygiene program. Requires an Associate’s degree, state hygiene license, CPR certification, ability to administer local anesthetic, and proficiency with dental instruments, x-ray equipment, and computer tasks. Must have excellent communication skills and be knowledgeable about oral health.
Required Qualifications
