Job Summary
Conduct dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and medical history documentation for patients in Coral Springs. Deliver preventative care and overall maintenance of dental health while utilizing Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. Work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:50am to 5:30pm as part of the patient care team, supported by a robust mentorship program and continuing education opportunities. Complete a tuberculosis test prior to employment.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in FL
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- 1 year min RDH experience
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- Tuberculosis (TB) test

- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
