Job Summary
Provide dental hygiene services to Sea Mar patients in compliance with the Washington Dental Practice Act and Sea Mar policies; supervise dental assistants; ensure patient, staff, and dentist safety through aseptic technique and infection control; participate in quality improvement activities; coordinate patient care with other health professionals; maintain licensure, pass national boards, and stay current with industry standards; full-time schedule (4–5 days per week, some Saturdays); require BLS certification; comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid license from the State of Washington Department of Health
- Dental hygienist program completed in an accredited School of Dental Hygiene
- National boards for dental hygienists
- Professional license to practice in the State of Washington
- Malpractice insurance
- Initial TB test at hire
- Annual health screening
- Annual influenza vaccine (or approved medical/religious exemption) with mask required during flu season
