Job Summary
Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under general dentist supervision while delivering compassionate care. Assess dental conditions, review medical histories, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Guide families through treatment processes and assist with periodontal charting as needed. Take and file x-rays in patient charts while following all government regulations and company standards. Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
