Job Summary
Dental Hygienist needed for a full-time, school-based role at Rocking Horse Clinic in Springfield High School. Responsibilities include adhering to OSHA standards, sterilization of instruments, cleaning and routine maintenance of the clinic and equipment, maintaining accurate dental records, and assisting the dentist and dental assistant as needed. Requires graduation from an accredited hygiene program and an active Ohio dental hygiene license. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and capability to maintain charts, records, and reports are essential. Benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision, company-paid life and LTD, and PTO/Holidays. Position is office-based with defined hours Mon-Fri at Springfield High School in Springfield, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited hygiene program
- Possess a valid Ohio license to practice dental hygiene
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain good working relationships with patients and staff
