Job Summary
Dental Hygienist position at RLJ Dental Neenah, WI. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care, performing dental hygiene procedures, screening patients and documenting medical history, and communicating effectively with patients and team members. Must have an active Wisconsin dental hygiene license and CPR certification; preferred experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. Schedule is Monday–Wednesday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM and Thursday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, offering a 4-day workweek with early start/finish times and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Training and continuing education opportunities available; TB test required for new hires. Strong teamwork, patient service orientation, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in WI
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
- CPR Certification
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
