Job Summary
Deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the doctor using digital tools to support clinical assessments and patient communication. Work in a modern clinical environment with advanced technology (TRIOS 3D, Videa AI) and participate in onboarding and ongoing education (TAG University). Roles available as full-time, part-time, or PRN with flexible scheduling (5–7 patients per day) and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Responsibilities include partnering with the doctor to provide patient-centered care, utilizing digital workflows to support assessments and case acceptance, and contributing to an exceptional patient experience while managing schedules and supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
