Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental with part-time schedule (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and uncapped incentive plan. Responsibilities include developing patient care plans with the doctor following AAP guidelines, providing comprehensive preventive care, assisting with periodontal therapy, chair-side support, and educating patients. Utilizes Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and laser therapy for periodontal treatment; participates in ongoing in-person and virtual training and continuing education; strong emphasis on collaboration within the dental team and delivering exceptional patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
