Job Summary
Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist (RDH) for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities in Wilson County, NC. You will collaborate with doctors to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, educate patients, and support clinical decision-making using advanced digital tools (e.g., TRIOS 3D scanning, Videa AI). You’ll benefit from structured onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and continuing education through TAG University, with an uncapped incentive plan on top of competitive hourly compensation. Responsibilities include partnering with the doctor, utilizing digital technology for case acceptance and patient communication, and delivering exceptional patient experiences while managing schedules and supplies. Requirements include an associate degree or higher in dental hygiene and an active dental hygiene license in the state of practice, along with strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
