Job Summary
Dental Hygienist will partner with the doctor to develop patient care plans using AAP guidelines; manage schedules to enable comprehensive patient care and education; expand knowledge through structured continuing professional development; collaborate with other dental team members to provide exceptional patient care; and participate in ongoing trainings and CE opportunities. Requires an Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene and an active state license. This role is supported by state-of-the-art technology (e.g., Trios 3D intra-oral scanner) and a structured mentorship environment within a DSO setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
