Job Summary
Provide patient-centered dental hygiene care in partnership with the doctor, including developing personalized care plans, conducting thorough assessments, educating patients, and utilizing digital tools (e.g., TRIOS 3D, Videa AI) to support clinical decisions. Manage schedules and supplies with autonomy, contribute to a collaborative hygiene team, participate in onboarding and ongoing education, and support patients across full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
