Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental with part-time or PRN opportunities. You will partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, utilize digital technology (TRIOS 3D, Videa AI) for clinical assessments and case acceptance, educate patients, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience. The role includes onboarding and ongoing training through TAG University, flexible scheduling (5–7 patients per day), and a supportive team environment in independently owned Aspen Dental practices with access to benefits and incentive programs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
