Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences and manage your own schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed for comprehensive care. Manageable schedules allow 5–7 patients per day for thorough assessments, supported by structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Advance your career through ongoing learning and hands-on experience with advanced technology like 3D scanning and AI-driven charting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
