Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, manage your own schedule and supplies, and educate patients without being rushed. Work in modern clinical environments supported by advanced tools like voice-activated perio charting and 3D scanning, alongside structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily. Competitive pay ranges from $60-65/hour plus an uncapped incentive plan, with monthly stipends and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
