Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care. Work in modern clinical environments supported by advanced technology, including voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS® 3D scanning, alongside structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily, with competitive pay starting at $55/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan and a $1,000 monthly stipend for the first year.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
