Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, utilizing digital tools like voice-activated perio charting and TRIOS® 3D scanning for clinical assessments. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care while managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. Engage in structured two-week onboarding and receive ongoing mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team to advance your career through TAG University's continuing education programs. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily, with compensation ranging from $55–$60/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
