Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care. You will work in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced tools like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI, alongside structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily, with competitive pay ranging from $57–$62/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
