Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental in Brunswick, ME. Deliver dental hygiene services including patient assessment, cleaning, perio Charting, and radiographs; develop patient care plans with the doctor following AAP guidelines; educate patients on oral health; manage scheduling to enable comprehensive patient care; collaborate with dental team to provide exceptional patient care; utilize technology such as the Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and a digital dental assistant for charting; participate in ongoing in-person and virtual training across clinical, operations, management, and leadership topics; must hold an associate degree or higher in dental hygiene and an active state license; roles available full-time, part-time, and PRN with an uncapped incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
