Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, managing your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. Manageable schedules include 5–7 patients per day, allowing time for thorough assessments and patient education. You will work part-time on Fridays and/or 1–2 Saturdays a month, earning $48–$52/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan. Structured two-week onboarding and training support your transition, alongside ongoing learning through TAG University.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
