Job Summary
Deliver patient-centered dental hygiene care in Aspen Dental clinics. Responsibilities include developing and delivering personalized patient care plans with the doctor, performing assessments, educating patients, utilizing digital technology to support clinical assessments and case acceptance, collaborating with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, and managing your schedule and supplies with autonomy. Utilize advanced tools such as TRIOS® 3D scanning and Videa AI, participate in onboarding and ongoing education through TAG University, and contribute to a structured clinical environment that emphasizes patient education and high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
