Job Summary
Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Aspen Dental – part-time role with uncapped incentive potential. You will partner with the doctor to develop patient care plans using AAP guidelines, manage your schedule to provide comprehensive education and care, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care. The role includes chairside patient care, continued professional development through trainings (clinical, operations, management, leadership), access to advanced technology (Trios 3D intra-oral scanner, Digital Dental Assistant for perio charting), ongoing CE and career growth opportunities, and a supportive, inclusive work environment. Requires an accredited associate degree or higher in dental hygiene and an active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
