Job Summary
Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans while utilizing digital technology for clinical assessments and patient communication. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences and manage your own schedule and supplies with autonomy. You will work in modern clinical environments supported by advanced tools like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI, with structured onboarding and mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team. Full-time, part-time, or PRN roles offer manageable schedules of 5–7 patients daily, alongside an uncapped incentive plan and monthly stipend.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
