Job Summary
Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide patient-centered hygiene care in a modern clinical setting. You will assess oral health, educate patients on care based on clinical indicators, support charting and decision-making with advanced digital tools (including TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI), and collaborate with the dental team. The role offers onboarding and structured training, mentorship from the Hygiene Support Team, opportunities for continued education through TAG University, and a benefits package. The position supports part-time, full-time, and PRN arrangements across independently owned Aspen Dental practices, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality care and a strong patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
